Qraftiq Prohibited Items Guide
This guide outlines products and services that are not allowed to be listed, sold, or promoted on the Qraftiq platform.
All sellers must comply with these rules. Violation may result in listing removal, account suspension, or permanent banning.
1. Illegal Items
- Any product that violates local or international laws
- Stolen goods or unlawfully obtained items
- Items requiring licenses that the seller does not possess
2. Counterfeit & Infringing Goods
- Fake or replica branded products
- Unauthorized use of brand names, logos, or designs
- Items that violate intellectual property rights
3. Dangerous or Harmful Products
- Weapons, explosives, or ammunition
- Hazardous chemicals or toxic substances
- Items that pose a safety risk to users
4. Regulated Products (Without Proper Authorization)
- Medical or pharmaceutical products
- Supplements with unverified claims
- Food or ingestible products that do not meet safety standards
5. Fraudulent or Misleading Listings
- Products that are intentionally misrepresented
- Listings using stolen images or false descriptions
- “Too good to be true” offers intended to deceive buyers
6. Offensive or Abusive Content
- Products that promote violence, hate, or discrimination
- Content that is abusive, threatening, or harmful
7. Digital Abuse or Platform Manipulation
- Attempts to manipulate reviews or ratings
- Fake orders or artificial engagement
- Multiple accounts used to bypass platform rules
8. Off-Platform Transactions
- Encouraging buyers to complete purchases outside Qraftiq
- Sharing external payment details to avoid platform fees or protections
9. Services Not Aligned with Marketplace Use
- Listings that are not product-based (unless explicitly allowed)
- Any activity that does not align with Qraftiq’s marketplace purpose
10. Other Restricted Items
Qraftiq reserves the right to remove any listing that:
- Poses a risk to users
- Violates platform values
- Undermines trust or safety within the marketplace
Enforcement
Qraftiq actively monitors listings and seller activity.
Violations may result in:
- Immediate removal of listings
- Temporary or permanent account suspension
- Withholding or reversal of payouts
- Reporting to relevant authorities where required
